Different Narrative was tasked with evolving the brand’s look and feel to better align with its heritage, standing, and ambitions. The brief was to create a visual identity that evokes the team’s passion, energy, and commitment to personal service; capturing that sense of connection and excitement at a glance.


From a creative perspective, we focused on the personal touch that defines Nigel Wright. We connected the N and W into one unified, flowing, dynamic signature; the essence of the brand. The signature green was retained for its associations with growth and wellbeing, but infused with new energy through a neon gradient effect. This integrated rebrand encompassed website, animation for web and social, social media assets, brochures, internal communications, and email campaigns to clients, candidates, and the international executive database. The Arboria typeface was selected for its open letterforms that evoke honesty and trust, while photography celebrates real people in natural, reportage-style moments.



The rebrand delivered exceptional results. The team at Nigel Wright embraced the new branding, which was rooted firmly in the firm's heritage, values, and personality. Staff reshared the launch across their social channels with personal endorsements, demonstrating the authentic human touch the brand is renowned for. External response has been overwhelmingly positive, while the flexible brand signature now serves as both an eye-catching statement and memorable logo element across all touchpoints.
