Are you a creative writer ? We are looking for an amazing creative writer who is experienced in the craft of conceptualising and adapting messages and stories for integrated marketing campaigns to join our team, working on a host of famous brands.
This key role sits within the creative arm of Different. We are responsible for creating integrated campaigns for national and international brands. It will be challenging and hugely rewarding for the right person, working with our brilliant creative, planning, account handling teams and clients. You will have a passion for creative writing, brands, culture, advertising, social media and website content and music. You’ll be excited by the prospect of sharing your ideas and taking the initiative in projects. Your experience will be across a variety of channels: Because digital is such an important part of every campaign, we would prefer someone with digital content writing experience including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, web copy and emails.
As a creative writer you’ll be working across an exciting range of clients including retail, FMCG, property and the public sector. You will conceptualise and develop creative ideas, working on your own initiative and as part of a wider team: translating these into fully integrated campaigns for everything ranging from TV and video scripts, advertising, marketing campaigns, blogs, emails, websites and brand guidelines. You’ll have a track- record already of writing persuasive and original copy across a range of clients and channels that creates culture and which people engage with. You’ll be unfazed by juggling multiple clients and campaigns within deadlines and adapting each brand with its own unique tone of voice, crafting great stories and copy.
We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne but happy to consider remote working applicants too.
